We Broadcast 24 hours a day, seven days a week from our Studios in the Centre of St Albans City. We are the first and currently the only community Radio Station Broadcasting in Hertfordshire. St Albans has a population of 85,000 in the City alone, thousands more visit and work in the area and Radio Verulam has a total population coverage above 110,000.

As usual, the Radio Verulam team has been out and about around the area throughout the year taking part in local festivals and fairs, and reporting on local music, theatre and other events.
We had a great time at the Harpenden Carnival, Radlett Village Fayre,the Shenley Fete, the Harpenden Highland Gathering and the St Albans Festival. Fundraising Coffee Morning

All day fundraising coffee morning at 60 Hazelmere Road, St Albans from 10am til 4pm to raise funds for the children's cancer ward at Addenbrookes Hospital. Please come & help raise money to fulfill the wishes of a 14 year old boy who is extremely ill with leukaemia.

Harpenden Christmas Carnival

Come along this Sunday to the Harpenden Christmas Carnival for an exciting start to the festive season. A farmer's market all afternoon, santa's grotto and lots of stage and street entertainment. The Christmas lights will be switched on by Harpenden's very own celebrity, finalist of Britain's got talent, Izzy Johnson. The carnival starts at 12pm and runs till 6pm with Lights Up at 4:30pm.
